Mollie Day

Advanced Certified Rolfer, DOMTP, LMT

Using a multidisciplinary approach, Mollie strives to provide her clients with optimal treatment and care that will promote their health and well-being.

Mollie attended the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Boulder, Colorado, and became a Certified Rolfer in 2000. She returned to the Rolf Institute and became an Advanced Certified Rolfer in 2011.

Mollie completed her B.A. with an emphasis on Medical Anthropology at Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, New York, in 1996.

With a desire to deepen her understanding of disease and holistic healing Mollie began studying Ashtanga yoga, meditation and manual therapy in the early 1990’s.

She became an LMT in 1994 (Blue Cliff School, New Orleans), completed her BA in 1996, with emphasis on Medical Anthropology, (Sarah Lawrence College, NY), became a Certified Rolfer in 2000 and an Advanced Certified Rolfer in 2011 (Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, Boulder CO), received her DOMTP (Diplomat in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory and Practice) in 2017 (Ontario College of Osteopathy, Canada). She is the mother of two nearly-grown and thriving sons!

Advanced studies

Mollie studied visceral and neural manipulation, craniosacral therapy and osteopathic theory

In 1995, Mollie began studying craniosacral therapy (The Upledger Institute, FL) and in 2013 she added courses spinal mechanics, visceral and neural manipulation (Barral Institute FL).

In 2014 Mollie was accepted to a comprehensive, clinically based program offered by The Osteopathic College of Ontario in conjunction with the Osteopathic Health & Wellness Institute (OHWI).

This was an intensive program taught by Dr. Steven Sanet, an American osteopathic physician and world renowned lecturer and founder of OHWI. Mollie completed this program in osteopathy in 2017 and has received her Diplomat in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory & Practice.

Mollie strives to provide her clients with optimal treatment and care that will promote their health and well-being.

Mollie continues to deepen her understanding of manual therapy and the mind-body-spirit by regularly teaching and studying holistic approaches to human health and consciousness. Mollie teaches Anatomy of Yoga and Anatomy of Consciousness courses online and in person. She is a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and maintains Dzogchen and Dream Yoga practices (Lama Yeshe Kaytup and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche).
