Anatomy of Consciousness is a series of six, three-hour Saturday morning workshops in January 7 thru February 11 2023. This series will explore physical, physiological and esoteric anatomy and consciousness. Through lessons, energy practices and meditation we will explore theories and experiential disciplines that promote a more awakened and energized self, and a greater awareness of our collective consciousness.
